Diagnostics Workshop

Diagnostics Workshop Process covers Basic assessment for Profitability, Productivity and Growth. The 'Assessment of Double Capacity  option ' is available with additional fees.

1. Check list 

   : Reviewing performance levels, goals, gaps (check list will be sent to you and you are requested to fill out the data. Wherever you don't have data, that field can be marked as 'No data ')

2. Check list analysis by Mr.  Sathe:

    

   Analysis to find out opportunities for improvement 

3. Questionnaire

   : Structured assessment and interviews to understand Pain areas, Possible remedies and Goals ( with CEO,  Managers and some of the technician or Clark ). A digital visit may be scheduled if required. 

4. Questionaire analysis by Mr.  Sathe:

    

   Analysis to find out opportunities for improvement, understanding gaps and possibilities, identifying baseline, assumptions, levers 

5. Diagnostics Report Presentation:  

   Presentation on findings,  analysis,  possible opportunities, possible actions, Your suggestions and Diagnostics Report finalisation     

6. Diagnostics Report :

    Summarizing highlights on  Profitability, Productivity, Sustainability  and Growth through Service / Product  Quality,  Cost management,  HR,  MIS,  Inventory management and Capacity management. An add on report for double the capacity at additional fees 

7. Proposal for change

   : Quantifying cost, benefit, goals and tentative implementation schedule for the team to achieve exponential growth with comforts. This will be assignment oriented program. Team will be offered the assignments. Team can complete those assignments on own or outsource. Mr. Sathe may provide guidance and support to the team through periodic sessions. 

Diagnostics Workshop Process is in digital format, hence nobody needs to commute. All data and documents will be shared through email and conversation over audio or video call. 

Diagnostics will depend upon the authentic data and information shared by company and hence can be taken as a guide. Mr.  Sathe is not responsible for any implementation or any other consequences. 

Fixed plan or per hour plan can be opt for diagnostics. Typically a fixed plan may cost Rs 5000  to Rs15000. Per hour plan will cost Rs 3000/ hr to Rs 4000 / hr.

Diagnostics Workshop Process is expected to take 2 to 3 weeks depending upon availability of data and interview schedule.
